Delivery Information

All orders placed by 12pm will be dispatched same day.

Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day.

Please allow 2-5 working days for your order to arrive and international shipments, at least 10 working days.

We use Royal Mail as our courier service and all items are sent first class recorded.

Pre-order items will require 3-4 weeks to arrive.

Terms and Conditions:

Heena’s Collection will not be responsible for any missing or lost parcel. However, proof of delivery can be requested in the event of an undelivered parcel. If your parcel is lost and undelivered you can claim your money back through Royal Mail.

Heena’s Collection does not take responsibility for any international or European orders. Customs have the right to open parcels and charge customs which will be passed onto you. If any custom charges are not paid or the parcel is returned to Heena’s Collection, we will offer a full refund of the product excluding any postal/ customs charges.
